Spanky Day

Today mommy was so angry with me because she has tried everything but I did not stop crying, carry did not work, put me to sleep did not as well, after feeding did not stop either, changing diapers continues so mommy gave me a light spank and then I started screaming so loud. I think one day daddy and mommy going to put me into the rubbish bin to see if I am going to stop crying.

Chinese Wedding Tea Ceremony

Today is my first time attending a chinese wedding tea ceremony, my auntie Pei San chinese custom wedding tea ceremony held in her house this morning. It start from Uncle Louie arriving with his buddies and he has to go through obstacles created by Auntie Pei San friends before they allow him to enter the house.

After going through all the obstacles he will then go to Auntie Pei San room and walk her out to do the tea ceremony. The ceremony lasted for about an hour after which, Auntie Pei San will have to go to Uncle Louie house for the second round of tea ceremoney. During the tea ceremoney, elder will give 'red packets' or gifts to the newly wed but for anyone younger, like me will receive 'red packet' from the newly weds.

Met a lot of aunties and uncles during the tea ceremony and some say that when I grow up I will be talkative because of my lips, then some says that I will be a tall girl but most of them are just talking about my hair.

I Am Two Month Old

It's been two months since I was born on April 12, 2007 but unfortunately my blog was unable to reach the first thousand click since it started in April 2007. The picture on the left show the number of visits, 997 which is short of 3 clicks before reaching the first 1000 (taken from Google Analytics on June 12, 2007 @ 23.55hrs) hopefully there will be an update of the last hour.
Over the past 2 months I have change quite a bit from a tiny baby weighing no more 3.25kg to 4.79kg. My neck is also getting stronger now and sometimes I could return smiles, usually in the morning just before and just after bath. From being able to sleep in any condition without any problem, now I need to be carried before I fall asleep. Wonder what are the changes in the next 2 months

Another Day To Second Month

I am going to be 2 months old tomorrow and I am getting naughtier day after day. But at least my sleeping patterns are getting more normal only waking up in the night for milk unlike a few weeks back when I refuses to sleep in the night. Now I only sleep a couple of hours in the day and really wonder if this will affect my brain growth,

Tomorrow mommy will also start feeding me with 4oz of milk. Some photos taken today,

A Day At Mid Valley

It was another day at Mid Valley and I had a great time shopping this trip as I was awake most of the time but unfortunately my silly daddy forgot to bring the CF (compact flash) card for the D-Camera. so no cheerful photos of me today.

So what mommya and daddy got for me today are,
1) A digital 3 in 1 electronic thermometer by Woodward's, quite sure its made in China as there are 3 brands selling the exact same thing, it can be use for ear (without changing probe), forehead as well as room temperature. (Woodwards's are famous for their Gripe Water - relieving stomuch wind and gripe)
2) A hot water flask from Thermos for Kids.

Fist In Mouth

Today mommy and daddy realise that I start putting my thumb or my whole fist into my mouth. My coordination of my hand and fingers are still very coordinated but it the beginning of thumb sucking.

A Little Feverish

Today I got a mild fever, not sure when it started but it was around 37.2C this morning just before daddy left for work. But later around noon, mommy said it was much higher than the reading this morning. My movement this morning was also very minimal and did not make much noise when asking for milk. Later in the afternoon my fever started to subside and I start to cry and scream when hungry.
