On Stage

After months of practising, finally I was able to show off what I have done over the past months. Today me and my classmates performed "Ping Pong Samba by Syncona". I have been singing this song to daddy and mommy but they thought it was Ping Pong Sampah, and daddy thought what a song! but actually this is a song recordd in 1974 by Syncona.

The event started at 1930hrs and finished at 2115hrs.

10-10-10! Ten-Ten-Ten!

I woke up early today to attend Aunty Wei Ting's tea ceremony! We thought we were late when we arrived in the house at 1000hrs when we were suppose to arrive at 0830hrs. Luckily the groom arrived late and they were still trying to get through the bridesmaid gates. The ceremoney started at 1100hrs and it was done within 30mins.

Went for lunch with granny and granpa before going home to rest before attending Aunty Wei Ting second wedding dinner at Overseas Restaurant in Petaling Jaya.

Back Home

I just got home!

As we had to attend Auntie Wei Ting's wedding reception at home we left Singapore around 1730hrs after getting mommy's watch at The Bencoolen. The traffic was good all the way back. We took around 3hrs from the border back to Kajang.

Daddy wanted to take me to Universal Studio today but unfortunately, all ticket were sold out! So instead mommy went shopping again around Orchard Road as mommy wanted to get somemore clothes from Cotton On. But this time daddy realise something which is missing in Singapore shopping complexes, there are no seats of chairs / seats around the complexes? This happen when daddy had to carry me while I was sleeping.

If we would to go to Singapore again and staying in the same hotel, driving to the city would be better (cheaper) than taking the train since we need to pay for the hotel parking charges.

Dinner : Egg Burger at Second Link Rest Stop.

Going Into Singapore!

 

I got into Singapore in the evening after daddy's meeting at Mutiara Hotel in Johor Bahru. It was a breeze passing through both Malaysian and Singaporen CIQ. The new CIQ complex for Malaysia is very much more organise than before but after that the road snakes it way into the causeway before reaching the Singapore CIQ Complex.

It was an easy drive to the hotel, Value Hotel Thomson, along Balestier Road and immediately after check in we were in Orchard Rd by 1730hrs. Walked almost the whole stretch of Orchard Rd before turning back toward Lucky Plaza for dinner at Asian Food Mall.

After dinner, we took another train to Raffles Place so that mommy could get to the Merlion! Instead of taking he MRT back to Novena, we took the bus instead, bus 130 from The Fullerton Hotel and only cost SGD1.20 for mommy and daddy, for me it was FREE!

Road Trip

I will be going for a road trip to Hat Yai in a short while. Daddy is trying out mommy's car since the fuel consumption seems to be very very good according to the meter on the dashboard. A full tank of petrol estimated to go a little more than 700km or around 17km/l! incredible! not sure will only know it later in a while since daddy thought it will be better to drive in the night to skip the traffic tomorrow.

Since I slept around 0100hrs last night, I only woke up around noon today and haven't taken my afternoon nap. I am sure it will be a great sleep when daddy driving to the border later.

Today's Movie - Aladdin

Peekuboo

Woke up quite late this morning since it is the first day of school holiday. My kindy will be close for 2 weeks which I am not sure what will happen when my kindy re-open. This morning mommy drove me out to the marketing after finding out that daddy forgot to close the main gate after Uncle Yap came by.

I have been busy the whole day today playing computer games on mommy's computer. My first computer interactive game started when daddy came across an online link to toddler games, Peekuboo, which I started but now I could easily play a few online education games such as,

1) Minimops

2) Online Fisher Price

3) Fun With Spot and my current favourite,

4) BabyTV

* all free online games

After dinner we drove out to Tesco to get some grocery and then to McDonalds Prima Saujana for french fries.

Shangri-Clown

I had a wonderful lunch today when daddy and mommy took me for lunch at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. It has been a while since I came here for lunch. It was more than a year ago the last I was here for lunch. At least this time I had a little more fun as I wasn't as afraid of the clown compared to my previous encounters.

After that mommy wanted to look around in Ikea but the carpark was full so we detoured to 1 Utama instead.

Mommy's New Car

 

 

 

Finally after months of shopping around, mommy collected her second hand Fiat Punto from the agent, but will still have to wait till next monday before the car becomes road worthy as the insurance which daddy asked Uncle Francis to process is still being process. Hopefully it will be done Monday morning and the car would be ready by Monday afternoon.

After sending grandpa and granny home, we went home before deciding driving to Jusco Cheras Selatan for dinner. Initially I wanted to have Johnny's but the queue was so long that we changed to Teppenyaki instead.

I also just managed to figure out on the photo arrangement......

My Monster

Hurray! My school holiday has just started! 2 weeks off.

Above is a drawing I did in daddy's office just a while ago. I drew it all by myself which daddy was kinda surprised. Not too bad right? Do you think I could win anything for this piece of art! I call this a monster with long sharp teeth.

Mommy will also be getting her car tomorrow, a second hand 2001 Fiat Punto! Now we don't have to wait for daddy to come back to take me out! except I am not sure if mommy could find her way around :)

Aiyah! Don't Have

Mommy and daddy was quite certain that mommy was pregnant with another baby after an initial quick pregnancy test but after consulting the doctor today, it was an early pregnancy failure or known as blighted ovum.

Before mommy did the scan, the doctor brief daddy and mommy about the growth of the fetus, which was suppose to be born on Feb 14 (Valentine Day) and 9 weeks old! Anyway when mommy got up to the scanning bed, the doctor first said it was not  9 weeks and then he was a little lost before he say it was a blighted baby since the size of the bag was quite big and no baby to be seen. Well, we are going back to Hat Yai this weekend since mommy wanted to get a second opinion from another doctor to confirm.

As for me, refuse to wake up for school again! I have been frequently skipping school.

Vesak Day

It's a holiday! Got no school today :)

Daddy drove to granny's house this morning since daddy and mommy was doing some paint work in Mommy & Me (coming soon). As for me I stayed at home with granny and grandpa the whole day until daddy came to pick me up around 1700hrs to watch Shrek 4 "Final Chapter" at TGV Cheras Selatan. It was exciting for the first 1hours until rumpelstiltskin witches started flying around and became a little more agressive! Thats when I started crying :) Anyway I enjoyed the movie but daddy and mommy had to keep telling me what is happening and rumpelstiltskin isn't such a bad person! I could tell daddy and mommy about the movie when I was walking out of the cinema and pointed at Toy Story 3, asked mommy if I can watch it!

I arrive home around 2200hrs and refused to sleep until midnight! Tomorrow will be going to granny's house again since mommy and daddy will be busy painting again.
